Christmas Is My FAVORITE Time Of The Year….
I LOVE Christmas, It’s the only holiday that my family goes all out with decorations. I am a BIG ornament collector. I started my collection over 30 years ago. Each ornament has a story- A special meaning. From my 16th Birthday, To my engagement, wedding, birth of our children, our new house, our pets, every vacation we have ever been on, my kids accomplishments and so on….well you get the idea 🙂 There are no two ornaments the same. It takes me a whole day just to decorate the tree. My kids each have a small Christmas tree in their rooms as well. (With all the ornaments that just can’t fit on our 9′ tree…LOL I take care of all the indoor decorations and my husbands the outdoor.

Marina —- This is my third photo shoot with this beautiful girl. She is almost 3 years old and has a lot to say….Nonstop talking….Everything was so important. 🙂 But she was NOT looking at my camera, as a matter of fact when I didn’t have the camera up to my eye she would look at me (while talking of course) But as soon as she saw the camera near my eye she would look away…I did manage to get a few of her looking at me. She is so photogenic, she looks like a little angle in these photos…

A Different Type Of Head-Shot
Colleen came to me looking for a different kind of head-shot, not your normal run of the mill gray professional background stiff smile kind of head-shot. She needed these photos for her business website. So we looked around the house and yard for the perfect light and background and had some fun. We did take a few shots in the studio, but even those shots were far from stiff in any way.

So winter is here…and this was my last “Fall” photo shoot for this season (I’ll do winter of course-but its just not the same) Fall is a beautiful time of year with vibrant colors. With this shoot the leaves had already fallen and everything was very brown and rustic looking, so I edited all the photos for a cold fall /winter look. The day was actually rather warm for this time of year we got lucky. What the family wore was absolutely perfect for the feel I was after. This family was wonderful to work with, and very photogenic! I love the red hair…It played right into the rustic look and feel of the images! —-These are just a sample of all the great images captured that day ♥♥♥
