-COLOR-
My son had these crayons laying around the house, so after collecting them all I remembered the saying I had heard about living life in full color. So I pulled out the camera… and my macro extension. Being a photographer everything turns into an image in my mind. This is what my minds eyes saw when Looking at the random crayons 🙂
My New Lens!!!!
Some Studio time
I finally had time to post more photos from this shoot. I have been so busy that I am falling behind a little on my blog. But its a good busy! These two lovely ladies photo-shoot was so much fun, and so easy. They were both so photogenic, and willing to try anything. We got some amazing images! Yes Liz and Marie are twins and at first glance hard to tell apart, but once you get to know them it becomes easier. However I noticed how different they look in their photographs. Strange in person they look so much more alike. 🙂
Fashion/Head/Glamour Shots all in One!
I met these two beautiful ladies through my husbands job On the Artie Lange show from DirecTV, you might know them as well from a certain reality show a few years back. but I won’t mention their names just yet. They were looking for some head-shots to change up there portfolios, and website. We ended up having so much fun together that it went from head-shots, to Glamour shots to fashion shots! We spent an afternoon in my new studio with different backgrounds, and lighting setups. We ended up with many, many images for them to use. They are both so photogenic! Here is just a sample of the fun we had… Many more images to come…
Photoshop
Ok so everyone knows about Photoshop and the amazing transformations that can be done to photos. I shoot all my photos in RAW run them through light-room first and then finish them in Photoshop. It’s a long process but well worth it when you can turn a good photo into something amazing. I was looking through some old photos that I had of my boys and I came across this one- a close-up of my sons face. Although it looked great after doing a few touch-ups I decided try something different with it. I LOVE this result…It is warm and bright and a bit faded everywhere but his eyes. Making his eyes the focal point of this photo. His eyes look as if they are trying to talk to you….don’t they?
